Fulfilment and logistics by SuperNode

The lineup we're building

Every brand gets one front-display slot for its hero. The rest of the range sits on the brand's own shelf inside the machine. Each brand picks its hero.

These are founders we're talking to. Not all have signed yet; each brand goes live on Brat only once its founder says yes.

of MRP is yours, before GST. We pay to bring your stock to our warehouse near Gurugram.

49%

is ours. Out of it we pay for marketing, the payment gateway, the tech and all the logistics, including getting your stock to us. You don't pay for any of it.

Free entry closes 30 Oct, 11:59 pm

After 30 October, brands pay a listing fee to plug in.

How it works

  1. 1Send five things. Your brand, your hero product, its MRP and pack, your FSSAI licence number, your GSTIN.
  2. 2We set your slot. Your hero goes on the front display. Your range gets its own shelf.
  3. 3We pick it up. Your stock goes to SuperNode's warehouse near Gurugram, on us. They store it, pick, pack and dispatch.
  4. 4Get paid on what sells. 51% of MRP, before GST, on every unit sold. We settle every Monday at 5 pm.
  5. 5See it all in your dashboard. Every brand gets its own, to see its analytics, sales and settlements.

Your pack, your claims. We show your product, images and claims the way you publish them, so make sure they're true and legal: you're responsible for them, not Brat.

Founder form · two minutes · free until 30 Oct

We read your products, prices and weights from your site. You only add how much stock you'll send.

We save your answers to reply to you, and use them for nothing else.

Your P&L, per unit

Put in your MRP, GST rate and what one unit costs you to make. Delivery to our warehouse is on us, so it isn't here. The numbers below are an example; change them.

How GST works here: you charge us GST on your invoice and claim credit for the GST on your own inputs; we collect GST from the customer at MRP and claim credit for the GST you charged us. The 51% is your share before GST. This is a planning tool, not tax advice; check with your CA.
